Membership Cancellation Policy

I'll be sad to see you go, but I understand sometimes that the membership won't work out for some members. If you need to cancel your membership, please send an email to (subject: cancel membership) and I'll take care of it right away. If you've already been in for a visit during the month of cancellation, there will be no refund of that month's membership. However, if you have yet to use an appointment I'll be sure to refund you the entire month's membership, no questions asked.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

There is no cancellation policy for your booked visits. If you need to cancel, all I ask is that you be sure to remove the appointment from your calendar so we can open it up for someone else. No fees. No headaches.
